Tornado Rips Through Tenn. Campus

A tornado wreaked an estimated $40-million worth of damage on the campus of Union University, a 3,200-student Baptist college in Jackson, Tenn., trapping 13 students in the rubble.

All were rescued in an overnight emergency effort, and although six remained hospitalized at press time, none of the injuries were life threatening.
