Many Colleges Lack Music-Piracy Policies

Many colleges have not yet adopted comprehensive policies to combat music piracy on their campuses, according to a report by a group of college officials and music-industry leaders. Colleges that have done so, the report says, use a variety of approaches, from blocking all file sharing to requiring students to sign a pledge that they will honor copyright laws.
