University's Vice President Files Second Suit Against Controversial Web Site

A vice president at the University of Louisiana at Monroe has filed a second lawsuit involving Truth at ULM, a Web site that has posted leaked documents and editorials critical of the university's leadership. The site's Webmaster, a professor at the university, has remained anonymous.
