Sexually Explicit Web Site Sued by U. of North Carolina

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has sued the creators of a sexually explicit Web site, saying that they have committed "cyberpiracy" and have violated federal trademark laws by using "U.N.C." as part of the address of the site, which features pictures of nude women.
