Army Releases Details of Its Plan for Online Education for Soldiers

The U.S. Army has disclosed the details of how it plans to carry through with its plan to offer distance-education courses to all interested soldiers.

The Army plans to spend $600-million over the next six years on the program, which will be tested this January at bases in Georgia, Kentucky, and Texas.
