Despite Their Gripes, Professors Are Generally Pleased With Careers, Poll Finds

If they had it to do all over again, most faculty members would still choose to become faculty members. But
that doesn't mean that they're completely satisfied with their jobs, or that they've never thought about changing careers, according to the findings of a new survey.
