Paid registrations must be canceled in writing. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received by 5:00 pm EST, February 13, 2009. A full refund less a $250 processing fee will be given if cancellation is received between February 14 and March 6. Cancellations after March 6 are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations should be sent via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registration list for The Chronicle Technology Forum may be provided to conference attendees as a way to network with colleagues. Sponsors of the event will also be granted permission to use the attendee mailing list for promotional purposes for this event only.
