Paid registrations must be canceled in writing. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received by 5:00 pm EST, January 15, 2008. A full refund less a $250 processing fee will be given if cancellation is received between January 16 and February 4. Cancellations after February 4 are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations should be sent via e-mail to technologyforum@chronicle.com.
The registration list for The Chronicle Technology Forum may be provided to conference attendees as a way to network with colleagues. Sponsors of the event will also be granted permission to use the attendee mailing list for promotional purposes for this event only.
