6 Publishers Sue Owner of Online Course-Pack Business, Alleging Copyright Violations

Six leading academic publishers said Wednesday that they had filed a copyright-infringement lawsuit against a copy-shop owner in Austin, Tex., who sells packages of course materials online. The suit is believed to be among the first to take aim at digital distribution of unauthorized course packs.
