College-Radio Embezzler Is Taken Off the Air

A former head of Seton Hall University’s radio station was arrested today on charges that he embezzled more than $500,000 in his 14 years at the station, the Associated Press reported. According to local prosecutors, he took $236,000 outright and also made off with money he received by leasing two of the station’s subfrequencies to other groups, without authorization.
