Registration Fees:
- $645 if registered by May 15, 2009
- $695 if registered by June 1, 2009

Have you attended a previous Chronicle Forum? If so, as you complete the registration process, use the discount code "alumni" to receive a $50 discount.
Bring a colleague from your institution and your colleague will receive $50 the regular registration fee. If your colleague has attended a previous Chronicle Forum, your colleague is also eligible to receive an additional $50 discount.

Cancellation Policy
Paid registrations must be canceled in writing. A full refund will be given if cancellation is received by 5:00 pm EST, April 15, 2009. A full refund less a $150 processing fee will be given if cancellation is received between April 16 and May 8. Cancellations after May 8 are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations should be sent via e-mail to leadershipforum@chronicle.com.
Privacy Disclosure
The registration list for The Chronicle Leadership Forum may be provided to conference attendees as a way to network with colleagues. Sponsors of the event will also be granted permission to use the attendee mailing list for promotional purposes for this event only.
