Display Ad Prices
The Chronicle Careers section measures six columns (10.25 inches in width) by 13.5 inches in depth, and ads can increase in depth by 1/4 inch increments. Display ads are priced by the column inch and The Chronicle of Higher Education's current per column inch rate for recruitment advertising is $140 gross.
We have designed the chart below to help you figure out how much any ad will cost. At the point where column width and inches meet, you will find the cost of your ad. For example, if you know your ad is two columns wide by six inches deep, locate the column along the top that reads '2 columns' and the row down the left side that reads '6 inches' - in the intersecting box you will see the price of $1,680.
