The Assistant Director of Development will advance the mission
of Miami University by planning, organizing, and implementing
strategies to increase the level of personal involvement and
financial commitment of alumni and friends. Particular emphasis
will be given to securing major gift support to benefit programs in
the Farmer School of Business. A bachelor's degree required ;
minimum of one to three years of Fundraising experience or
corporate sales experience; an equivalent combination of education
and experience may be considered; outstanding oral and written
communication skills; commitment to working in a team based
environment; excellent organizational skills and attention to
details; ability and willingness to travel extensively both on a
