Wentworth Institute of Technology seeks to fill a full-time
faculty position in the area of contemporary art history, with a
special emphasis on New Media and emerging arts. This position will
teach courses in contemporary visual culture and assist with
developing new interdisciplinary courses and curricula. We seek an
energetic scholar to join our Humanities and Social Sciences
Department in teaching undergraduate students in architecture,
design, engineering, computer science, and management, beginning
Fall 2012. The candidate must be current with the latest
developments in the media environment and be current with the
discourse of "digital humanities," as a tool of communication and
research, object of study, and expressive medium. To be considered,
the candidate must possess a PhD, have significant teaching
experience, and evidence of substantial or promising record of
