Represent Miami University Middletown to prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process. Plan and implement recruitment activities for assigned high schools. Counsel prospective students on the admissions process including the basics of financial aid. Take a leadership role with the Admission Team in the development and delivery of on-and off-campus events and programs to attract traditional age students. Manage the admission application process for the Post Secondary Enrollment Options Program and Dual Enrollment; other duties as assigned. Required: Bachelor's degree; Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and public speaking skills and the ability to present the regional campus in a positive way. Must be a self-starter who has demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experienced in using PowerPoint, word processing, and Excel; must have a valid driver's license. Ability and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. Desired: At least one year of experience in admissions, outreach youth programming, recruitment or marketing.
