Core faculty member either full-time or half -time (CONTINGENT
UPON BUDGETARY APPROVAL): The California School of Forensic Studies
(CSFS) , Alliant International University, Los Angeles campus is
currently accepting applications for one anticipated full-time or
two half-time (based on applications), academic-year faculty
positions. We are particularly interested in applicants with
expertise in Statistics, Research Methods, and Cognitive-Behavioral
Bases of Behavior and Therapies. Faculty members at CSFS are
responsible for teaching graduate-level psychology courses,
maintaining active scholarship, supervising student research, and
participating in administrative activities both campus- and
system-wide. Faculty members are encouraged to engage in
professional practice and service to the school and
community.
Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or a
related field from a regionally accredited university and will have
graduate-level teaching experience. The successful applicant will
demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence, diversity, applied
research, evidence-based practice, and productive
scholarship.
The CSFS Psy.D. program is a practitioner-research training model
that is evidenced-based in the evaluation of its learning
objectives. We are housed within Alliant International University,
which endorses professional practice and competency-based training.
