The Senior Director of Development will plan, manage and and
direct the Mihaylo College of Business & Economics' development
programs in concert with University Advancement, which include the
planning of cultivation strategies and the solicitation of major
gifts. The Senior Director will represent the priorities of the
college to corporate and foundation leaders, key alumni and friends
of the college. This position requires a track record of soliciting
and closing diverse and large gifts, and requires a demonstrated
ability in creating corporate partnerships. The Senior Director is
also responsible for planning some strategic cultivation events to
