FEATURED SITE

Hillel's International Center

Hillel, the Jewish campus organization founded at the University of Illinois in 1923, now has chapters on more than 400 campuses around the world that let students share their faith with others through community activities and educational programming. Its Web site serves as a link among the chapters, and as a source of all kinds of information -- from how many Jewish students attend various institutions to how to make matzoh brei.

The organization's site is a "Hillel center of Hillel centers," providing information of interest to Jewish students from hundreds of universities in the United States and Canada. The information is categorized by state and by institution and includes Jewish student populations, the availability of kosher dining, the number of Jewish study courses, options for study in Israel, and other facts.
