So sorry, friends, I lied. Today's workout is up (but maybe got put up late)?

I have a master's. I can figure this out.

With your help, of course.

No video yet! Should I just repeat what we did yesterday? Who is Teshia?

So confused.

I really liked yesterday's moves. Maybe I'll do them again, in the right order this time. I could use the practice counting.

Glad it wasn't me.

OMG - Did you see that chick touch her belly button with her toes?!? Holy hell...

Possibly the most annoying workout video person I've ever seen.  Although the toe to belly button thing was pretty cool.

I don't think I quite grasped this.  I get the individual moves, and how they're mean to flow together.  But the instructions say to repeat for 12 minutes.  Not happening.

I have a problem with my foot, so I can't put that much pressure on my toes.

I am not sure about this "flow" b!tch either. I'm just going to do my own yoga workout on yoga days.

The video is up for yesterday now, though. Apparently there were technical problems.

Wait, so the video I watched where she did the moves and I followed along was not the *actual* video? Eh, doesn't matter. My thighs were burning up the steps this morning, so I must have done something right.

OK. So I'm doing day 3 today.

For those of you who are beginners like me, the video looks really daunting.

Make sure you scroll down to the bottom of the page, where she gives a "tutorial". This shows how to modify the moves for beginners and complete them without any equipment.

I also plan to lag a day behind, what with the seemingly late postings of the videos. I haven't checked out Day 3's video yet. Go Smarty!!

That's helpful, smarty. I did three of yesterday's moves this morning - I couldn't figure out how to do the hanging part without something from which to hang. I'll supplement when I get home with the toe chair thingies from the yoga workout - I loved those!

I really wish they'd post these videos more quickly. Doing the workouts in the morning is a really great way to wake up!

I am behind a day also.  If I don't exercise first thing in the morning, it ain't gonna happen.

But I forgot this morning.  I went to the gym this morning, but forgot about this part of my exercise plan.  I will try to do it tonight after the kiddos go to bed.

Just did the day 3 workout. I did the touch downs and abs as described, but modified the pushups (square pose; pushup-knee up-pushup-knee up, not all at the same time like the spider) and I modified the knee ups as I don't have a pull up bar and probably couldn't do one of those if I did. Instead, I stood on my tippy toes gripping a door jamb and did one knee up at a time (I counted every other knee up as "1")

So, my numbers:

Touch downs: 35, 32, 30
Spider-Ups: 16, 17, 19
Abs: 20, 17, 17
Knee-Ups: 16, 18, 17

I'm spent!

Oh, hell, I forgot to count my reps.

I will keep doing the workouts, but I will probably continue to forget to count my reps. I wish I could have a secretary do it for me.

Or a cabana boy.

I keep a piece of paper nearby and just note them between sets.

Also, for those of you without an interval timer, there's a free app for iPhone (and likely android and others) that works great. I believe it's called "free interval timer" or something equally creative.

Yeah, that's what I did for the first one. I have a ton of scrap paper in my office that I will bring home.

I use the interval timer for the iPhone. It only has a 45 sec-15 sec option, rather than 50-10, but that is working okay for me.
