amnirov:

Clearly you've never been a Resident Assistant. Ridiculous.

Sure, hire a chemistry student in a chemistry lab, but for an RA position? Anyone with a heartbeat and a cellphone can be an RA.

Excuse me, oh master of html, let me rephrase that:

Anyone who has ever worked in a fleabag motel can be an RA.

Clearly not a master of HTML, and clearly your experience and knowledge of what it takes to be an RA is severely lacking.  Sadly, you appear unwilling to take the time to learn about what an RA does and how they are prepared for their positions.
