hi everyone

I had to make a sock because Chronicle won't let me log on without confirming my email address. I can't confirm my email address because the institution has apparently deactivated alumni accounts. Does anyone know if there is a way I can get back into my real account?

Have you tried changing the email address associated with your real account? I had a similar issue, and I think that is how I fixed it.

I can't even get back to my profile now. I emailed support. Hopefully they can sort this out.

Oh, right. That's weird. The problem I had was that I couldn't see the fora until I validated my email, but I could still log onto my CHE account.

You might want to PM the CHE mods as well. They might be able to help.
