Within the past few years, The Chronicle published an article about a college president or chancellor who goes out and works "in the trenches" with the institution staff - landscaping, housekeeping, etc. - in an effort to learn more about both the staff and the school.  I have searched for the article in multiple different ways and can't come up with it...  Anyone able to help me...

I don't deserve these self-entitled students.

This president deserves credit for refraining from using bad language around his co-workers.
