The OP is certainly not clear on some things, e.g. writing "I will finish in July" and "I finished my PhD in 3 years".

To the OP: You are getting some encouraging responses, and I hope they do encourage you.    However, the blunt truth is that things are very tough these days.    You should have a Plan B in your quest for a lecturing position.    You have also stated that your supervisor is well-known.  If so, have a chat with him and ask how he can help.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe there are some confusions that I have to clear up. I totally understand the importance of publications, that is the reason why I am striving to submit one more before this month. But the reason I ask this question, because I have seen some PhDs offered a job without any publications. Secondly, I will have plans B, C, etc. maybe post-doc/ a teaching position outside UK. Finally, the reason I want to choose a teaching position because I have had three years experience teaching in my field before I went to the UK. I hope to build my teaching and research record, if possible. I agree that the reality is so tough and harsh. So, I post my question and ask what can I do (more) to improve

Thanks for your encouragement.
