Apologies for the frivolous, non-academic question, but I am befuddled by my iPod. Is there any way to make a playlist and be able to put it on shuffle but still have some chunks of the playlist kept together in order? That is, can I have individual songs but also mix in multi-movement classical pieces without having the movements play at random points in random order in the mix?

No. The only thing you could do would be to join the movements of the multi-movement piece into one big audio track and then put *that* on the playlist.

Too bad. But thank you! The whole world of iTunes seems to struggle with anything that isn't discrete songs.
