Thanks you for the reply. I do have LOR's from my first MA program, and from a faculty member I've worked with for three years on a research project. I'm also working under a university for a prominent research project in Human Development. I even took a couple of graduate classes at the University I applied to and performed well. I just worry so much that my test scores will completely eliminate me, despite experience and other things I have done to try to offset the scores.
I suggest that you address this specifically in your application materials, and ask that your referees do so also. Ed Psych is a quant-heavy field, even at the master's level, so you may need to make a persuasive case that you are capable of doing the required work. Many programs will consider a variety of evidence rather than using a simple cut-off, so you need to be sure you provide them with enough to go on.
