Game - Make up a new term

This is a slight twist on the "Terms and Definitions" game.

Rules are simple : Post your definition ; someone else concocts a term. As long as a new definition has not been posted, multiple responses to the current definition are allowed.

OK I'll start -

A person who is often seen on campus, but is not a student, alum, ex- or current employee of the college.
