I think that the days of people staying at their first job out of PhD school are long gone. 

Tenure is irrelevant.  Understand what the market wants and keep up so that you are mobile. 

At this point, you are not married to your SO either.  There are a lot of changes that can happen in your life as well as your career. 

take the job. Do your best at it to be a great teacher and a great researcher (dont get bogged down on service, but do enough to be a good collage).
