I am an overseas general practitioner and have extensive teaching, research and health management experience. my main research is in clinical medicine, Health policy and Health service research. I have published in numerous SCI journals and taught Masters and PhD students and at the same time I have academic administrative skills as well as health management experience.

My question is that how fit i am to apply as Dean of medical school and what type of cover letter I should use, I need a sample if there is one I could use or someone that could help out here. The post is located overseas not in North America.

If you don't know what you need to be dean of a medical school, you aren't qualified to be dean of a medical school.
