What do you think about job stability of faculty positions in UAE? Of course, I understand there is no such thing as "job security" in this world, I mean "in general". Can faculty members be easily fired not because of their performance but because of some other reasons such as restructuring, closing courses or programs, and etc? Can you share your experiences in this?

There is no job stability at places such as Higher Colleges of Technology. They turn people over at an alarming rate. The jobs you see on the CHE site are a result of that constant churning. You can be fired because you did not smile widely enough when HESN walked by or just because the VC felt like firing someone that day so that those who remained would be fearful. Stay far away
