Whither Canada?

At least the low-cost carrier you're on won't charge you through the nose for the privilege of the wheelchair . . . unlike their major competitor!

Yes, that nickel-and-dime thing really is getting old fast.  I couldn't believe it when I asked for a pillow on a domestic flight (Air Canada) and was told, "That'll be $2.00."

Got to Edinburgh not only in one piece, but in record time- I got from deplaning to in a taxi in under 10 minutes. The chaos in other places was also pretty minimal from what I hear. Apparently a lot of people headed the plea to change travel plans- the flight attendants said they were seeing a lot of half-full flights, which helped a lot.

That's one less thing to worry about.

That's great, Testing! I was wondering how you made out.  Good luck with the conference!
