I applied for this university 2 years ago. The head of department planned to have a phone intervew with me, but he never called.
Recently, the same department has a new vacancy. I applied again, but the head did not even bother to reply.
TAMUQ is NOT very professional...

Universities in Qatar strongly solicit for instructors themselves and posting is just a formality for them. However, keep trying and consider UAE or Oman.

Education City has many campi administered under the imprimatur of US universities - Texas A&M, Cornell, George Washington, Virginia Commonwealth, Carnegie Mellon...
However, from what I understand, they are governed according to local standards of professionalism, and not according to the parent campus.
