I was confused about this when I first registered here. No one can see your e-mail address but you. On your profile, "hidden" shows in the e-mail line.

Click PROFILE (top-ish, left-ish).
Click FORUM PROFILE INFORMATION.
Type in your signature in the boxed called signature.
Click CHANGE PROFILE.
