Cannot clear a single user name from the ignorelist in profile

I have just one user name on my PM ignore list (someone I don't really remember but who no longer posts), and no matter how many times I clear that name and update my profile, that name remains in my ignorelist. I had two names there earlier today and cleared the second one successfully on the first try, but this one stubbornly remains. Closing and restarting Firefox has no effect. Is this happening to anyone else?

Given the bra sales spam I assumed that 'teeter hangups' were a related item. Otherwise, what is the logic behind co-marketing bras and teeter hangups ?
