Development interviews/salary
«

Hello all! I'm currently a mid-level manager in student affairs and in the process of interviewing for a development position at another institution. It is a new associate director position, solely focused on parent giving. The first interview went well and I was invited back for a 2nd round. We have not yet discussed salary ... any reaction from readers to a range of $65-70K???
Other suggestions/tips??? TIA!

Looks high to me.

Depends on the institution and how much they expect you to raise, though. My understanding is that you're typically expected to raise 8-10 times your salary.
