I wonder if the mods would post a free link to this article:  "Libraries Abandon Expensive 'Big Deal' Subscription Packages to Multiple Journals"? 

I wonder if others have felt the impact of this.  Our cc already goes with an economy package that excludes most journals relevant to my work.  The regional uni is cutting back, too.
