I keep misreading this thread as: House Buying Viagra.... and wonder if you are having to stiffen your courage!

I really do get too many viagra ads that slip thru  Mail Washer!

Ha! I do need to stiffen my courage. I'm completely terrified of purchasing a house. The most expensive thing I own is a guitar. This will be a big step. I've put it on hold for a bit but plan to re-visit in about 4-5 months or so!
