CAmpus Interview
«

Hi Friends:
May be this question is specific to my case, but I believe most of our friends are in the similar situation.
I had a campus interview for a faculty position recently. Two days after my visit, my references have been contacted. Is it a good sign for me or do you think SC might be contacting references for all the candidates who visited their campus.
Please answer this question. I am in tension.
Thanks in advance.

We can't possibly know. If they didn't explain the post-interview process to you, then there's no way you can know either. And, even if they did, then you can't know for sure what's going on.
So, what are your plans for this weekend? Gardening? Grading? Movies? Treat yourself to a good distraction and good luck with the wait!

This is the moment I always recommend batik, although self-medication can also be useful, in limited doses.
If you had a campus interview, Tutor, then they already
like
you. Very, very much. The question is whether they like you/want you/need you even more than the other finalists (who they also liked very, very much).
Try to keep yourself occupied any useful way you can. Good luck.
