I recently had my 1st visit for a research faculty interview in a medium sized private medical school, and apparently my research productivity impressed them. Invited me for a return visit with a request from the Chair to: “send a wish list of what you think that it would take for you to start up and get going here”. My question is what would be a reasonable wish list other than required equipments! Thanks!!

This does not seem to be in the right place, since this is the Two Body Problem thread.  Perhaps in the Interview area?

PS: Ask for free parking for life and an office with a window.
