I've been at this Firm for 22yrs as a department manager, today I was informed by my director, I'm now a department coordinator.
Timing, today is annual review day.. Good or bad??

Dispute or leave it alone???

What does this have to do with (a) higher education and (b) diversity?

And after you explain a and b, what -- if anything -- do these titles mean in terms of pay, job responsibility, etc?

You are responsible, but have no power (I say this from experience).
