Hello,
      I am in the process of setting up an interview at the AUD for next year. 1) Does anybody know anything about this university in terms of students, teaching faculty living? and 2) The teaching load is 4 courses per semester at 12 hours weekly of instruction. Is this the norm?

It's a teaching institution. If you have strong research interests, forget it.
