This isn't a huge issue in writing, but it does happen. I always thought it was normal. I am really good at just stopping when I'm stuck writing in bold FINISH THIS ABOUT UNDERWATER BASKET WEAVING IN PRE-ATLANTIS GREECE. And then I move onto the next paragraph.

Those are great suggestions.  As for RL dialogue, I had a professor who asked students for the correct word, but he had a funny way of making it seem like he knew the word but was merely feigning ignorance to get students involved in the conversation.

Dysnomia diagnosis is extremely difficult as the symptoms can also be caused due to severe injury or trauma to the brain. Symptoms may also be attributed to a developmental problem with the brain that results in a learning disability. better to consult a best doctor and give essential treatment.

Lyme disease and other infections can also cause this. It's happened to me since getting Lyme and is supremely frustrating. I don't have much advice beyond what's already been said, i.e., talk with your doctor. Will you let us know what s/he has to say on the issue?

Someone I know was having this issue until they quit drinking alcohol. For him, it wasn't so much that he had this issue while drinking, it was a side effect of the 2-3 glasses of wine he had every night.  But he cut that out and the words came back.

But hey, stick with coffee. Red Bull is like crack in a can at cocaine prices.
