I need to change the email address associated with this username/account to one I actually *use.*  No matter where I go in the profile area, I can change everything but my email address. The "help" screen is generic to the software it seems. Do I need to just abandon the current registration and start over with a different name as well to get this done?

below, go to My Account on the upper bar, then select (edit) next to E-mail on the Profile and Settings tab.

You know, in my least-nice moments I wonder if preventing account creation from anyone connecting from a non-.edu IP address originating in India might be the best thing to do here.
