A&P folks! Help!

I'm really rusty on my A&P, but I have a question. I've read what I could find on hyponatremia (having been told that was an issue today), but can't find anything that indicates that this could also be a contributing cause. Can the inability of potassium to move into the cells cause low sodium as sodium does not move out of the cells?
Or am I just crazy?

I thought it was going to be about the Updike story.
And I missed the chance to explain that the A&P store in question is now a CVS.

Adapting Zharkov a bit to this situation, ignorance and confusion can explain a lot.

I, too, thought this was going to be about the grocery store I recall fondly. Not sure why, given the thread!

I recommend bourbon and bonbons for that.
