I've read witness's posts and found that Bilkent is an ambitious and "real" university. Now the only problem is the salary. Would postdoc salary enough to make a live in Ankara?

What do you mean by postdoc? Starting salary for a visiting assistant professor is in the range of 3000TL (that's what, just over $2000?) per month, with free on-campus accommodation. I can't say much about working facilities unless I know whether you're in the arts or sciences.
The salary is quite comfortable for a single person - it's when you start factoring in school fees for any children that it becomes a struggle.

Assuming that Bilkent are offering you on campus accommodation, you will need at least 2000 Turkish Lira per month if you are going to have much of life beyond feeding and clothing yourself.

I'm considering spending some time there but I'm still on the fence. I heard that living is not as easy as it is over here.
