Possible. From my window, I can see a severed moose head strapped to the neighbour's truck

Say "h" to Todd and Sarah for me :).

More seriously, I ate elk meat and venison rather frequently as a child. It was not my favorite, although I have tasted some elk stroganoff recipes that were okay.

I love elk! (Of course, I've had it prepared at excellent restaurants, so YMMV.) The Minnesota State Fair once had a booth selling a local spin on surf n' turf. They called it steak n' lake. Bite-sized pieces of elk and walleye. On a stick, of course. Yummy. Another place offered an elk tenderloin sandwich. I found elk to have the density and texture of beef, but with a "lighter" flavor. Yum.

I would try guinea pig. But, then, I like rabbit.

I thought you only ate bread and butter and drank tea...

In any case, I want you to choose the restaurant next meet-up (meat-up?)  ;-)
Like MTG, I'll also eat bugs - during the last cicada outbreak (Brood X), I cooked some up for the family.  The Mouselet loved them (they were good, if I say so myself).

In the midst of his laughter and glee,
He had softly and suddenly vanished away -- -
For the Snark was a Boojum, you see.
