I would appreciate your advice on locating templates/ideas/best practices for comprehensive and efficient scoring rubrics of
a) job applicants' applications/ dossiers and
b) the actual on-campus interviews, including teaching presentations.
The position is at a teaching-focused SLAC. Thanks.
