Any other closet (or even out) X Factor fans out there?
I like Matt and Wagner, though am a bit worried that the latter may be the new Jedward and start to grind. You?

Oh good, I'm glad this topic has started. I'm with you on Wagner; Storm Lee looks like a free gift from a cereal box.

Totally. Yankee go home! Katie is annoying. I would have been happy to see her go.

Mary Byrne all the way! Then again, I am biased as we're both Dubs.

Ooh, hello. I do love X Factor. Loving Storm. Was disturbed by Aiden's Norman Bates-like performance of Mad World.

Well, what do we think about the weekend's X Factor-ness? Wagner is definitely starting to grate on me, he's nowhere near as enjoyable as Jedward. I think Nicolo would have been a better novelty act. Sort of glad to see the back of Diva Fever, though I did quite enjoy their belligerent complaints about Simon's choice of song and styling (well deserved, I think). Still not getting Cher Lloyd.
Next week's eliminations: Belle Amie and John from the overs.

OH MY GAWD, I *can't* believe you just said that! Wagner is way better than Jedward, and Nicolo's attitude was OTT. I agree with you, though, about Diva Fever. Glad to see Storm gone, and think you're right that Belle Amie and John are toast. I think Wagner will linker on for several weeks, especially since he and Mary are having a fling.

I stand by it. Wagner is amusing, but not a patch on the twins. Who can forget their Britney Spears? It was a triumph! I did like Wagner's bongos though.

Absolutely. I don't think in my years of watching it I've ever seen them do that with the vote order - they always leave the judge with two acts to vote last, so they can be either let off the hook or take it to deadlock. Conspiracy theory aficionados in my house suggest producers want Katie for the controversy factor, and she more than likely had the least number of votes, therefore had to be saved from deadlock.

I have voted for Wagner twice. Spouse for Rebecca 4 times. Paige and Katie are toast.

Well, well. What do you think, the _walrus? Are you among the 'fix!' shouters?
They were all dreadful this weekend though. I know the source material was questionable, but even so. Make an attempt hit the notes, ffs.
