I've bought some lovely Supima sheets in the UK, and would never buy US underwear. It is either horrendously expensive, or (for women) stuck in the age when elastic went in channels.
M&S is the business for underwear.

M&S also does Supima sheets, although I admit to preferring Egyptian cotton.
I do admit to deserting M&S of late, though, and going German. Most of my recent purchases have been Sloggis.
