Heck no, you think you're doing well, but it's a dream
For short periods of time-couple of days to a week
No, you need at least 7 or 8 hours a day consistently to perform well

I just wonder, are babies normally tuned in with the sun?  Also, how do night-owl-parents cope with toddlers who wake up at 6?

Part of my reason for working so late is because I wait till the kid goes to sleep, then take a shower, clean up around the home, and only then start looking at my work.  That's usually after 11pm at night.  If I ever think about something properly, it will be 2am in a flash.

I am very familiar with this problem. I am a total night-owl, but my 2 year old is not. It may be terrible of me, but I have my bedroom totally baby-proofed, so when he gets up, I bring him in there and let him play with his toys while I get a little more shut-eye.

How am I?: There are four levels: Alive, Alert, Awake & Functioning. Right now, I'm standing upright & moving forward.

Yeah, that was my account you just had deleted, and no...I was not a spammer. I am a stay-at-home mom with a two year old son and a teaching degree- I am certified to teach 7-12 mathematics to be precise. I was looking for a place to talk about education even though I am not currently working. And yes... I had a link to my website, which is a support group (not a "solution") for people with OCD skin picking- something I have suffered from since I was 16. I created it to HELP OTHERS. Thanks so much for reporting me.
