We've had about 2.5% across the board for the last three years, with promises of much higher increases over the next five years.  Stable health care costs with excellent coverage as well. We languished when everyone else was getting regular raises however, during the shrub years.  Now business is booming, while most other places seem to be suffering.  Go figure!
